This two day workshop is ideal for researchers, students, and professionals interested in analyzing and interpreting species survey data in the context of community ecology. Prior experience with R programming is recommended.

The course's main focus is on occupancy methods, which take unmarked and imperfect detection into account when working with data on species detection and non-detection. Additionally, participants will be shown how to use software tools specifically designed for occupancy studies.
